Management

Stay in Costa Rica has been contracted pay all bills.
Maintain the condo, generate rentals, if owners desire.
Provide Concierge Services.
Owners can change management after the first year.

Availability

Each1/10 fraction buys 5 weeks of use each year. 2 weeks in Green Season, 2 weeks in High Season, 1 week on an "as available" basis.

Reservations

Made at the first of each year.
Choice of times are made on a rotating basis.
Trade off of usage time is handled through the management company. 

Annual Dues

Consist of 2 parts.
First… is Management of Resort facilities which includes maintenance and operation of the Bella Vista Resort Complex.
This amount is set at the annual Resort Association meeting

Second… are the dues directly related to the residence, being Property taxes, Utilities, Mgmt Company, Interior replacement / refurbishment of the Condominium.

Purchase Price and Dues

The Purchase Price for each 1/10 ownership (5 weeks), is US $235,000.00. this is deeded fee simple ownership.
Dues part one: Currently $10,200.
Dues part two: Estimated $9,000.
Total dues $19,200. 1/10= $1,920.
