FCI's Two Main Services

Our Number One Service Includes

Professional consulting services for the condo, vacation home, development, or yacht owners who elect to sell their own properties through fractional ownership and need consulting services to have the entire program outlined with a qualifying determination on selling price, property readiness, fractional sizing, use plan design, management plan, concierge services plan, with detailed marketing, sales, and advertising examples. This service also includes sample usable custom designed forms of all legal paperwork, including the CC&R's, association fee agreements, buy and sell agreements, and fractional title insurance if needed for their buyers. This consulting service ranges from $7,000 to $20,000 depending on the project needs, location, and condition with the initial first time consulting time being offered free. Many private owners of vacation properties are unaware that they can themselves divide their vacation home into fractional ownership and receive 25% to 50% more income than just selling the home. This is also a great way to sell property in a slow market, such as we are now seeing in many locations.

Our Number Two Service Includes

A complete undertaking of the project with FCI doing all the above preliminary consulting work plus FCI funding with their own funds a full scale world wide marketing, sales, and advertising campaign including the lead generation of potential qualified buyers neede fo all sales neede and closing each fractional sale for the owners. This full service ranges from 16 to 33% of the project income from sales, depending on the project size, the units and the location.
